Fees for A UAE Work Permit

The following fees apply to UAE work visa:

  • You can request a new electronic work permit with AED 200 fees for all categories/levels and initial permission.
  • The new electronic permit (the employee’s employment, hiring, and labor card) needs to approve.
  • Category 1 has AED 300
  • Category 2 has three levels:
  • A: AED 600
  • B: AED 1500
  • C: AED 2000
  • Category 3 has AED 5000
  • AED 5,000 in all categories for foreign employees over the age of 65.

When Can I Expect to Get My UAE Work Permit? What about Validity?

The Ministry typically issues the work permit about 5 working days after receiving all required paperwork.

Work permit UAE is initially valid for 30 days. Moreover, you can apply for another 30 days. You have 60 days to stay in the nation during which you and your employer must arrange to obtain a residence visa, an emirates identification card, and your labor card.

How Does The UAE Employment Visa Process Work?

Your employer must request a residence visa from the GDRFA of the emirate in which you are employed on your behalf after you reach the UAE with the approval you obtained from the MoHRE.

After the GDRFA approves your application, an Employment Visa will be stamped on your passport. Moreover, you will get an Emirates ID that is good for the same amount of time as the visa. Can We Apply for Renewal of UAE Work Visa?

The process for renewing your UAE work visa is the same as when you first applied for it: your sponsor must submit an application to the relevant emirate’s general directorate of residency and foreign affairs. However, if it is still within the Dubai employment visa expiry grace period, your sponsor also may renew your visa after it has expired.
