Purpose and scope

Docman publishes practical information about UAE company formation, licences, government paperwork, residence-document support, tax, accounting and compliance. Content is educational and does not replace advice based on a reader's complete facts or an authority's current decision.

Source standard

Legal, tax, residence, fee, deadline and authority-process statements should be checked against the relevant UAE government authority or primary regulation. Where a rule can change, pages should identify the source and the date of the substantive review.

Expert review

Sensitive guidance is assigned to the relevant Docman service team for factual review before it is presented as reviewed. Docman does not add a named reviewer, credential or approval unless that person completed the review and the information can be verified.

Originality and AI assistance

Docman may use software, including AI tools, to support research organisation, drafting or quality checks. Publication remains subject to human editing, source verification and duplication review. Automated output is not treated as an authority or published without review.

Fees timelines and outcomes

Government fees, third-party charges, eligibility and processing times depend on the authority and the facts of each application. Estimates must state material assumptions and should not be presented as guaranteed prices, approvals, timelines or outcomes.

Updates and corrections

High-risk tax, residence, compliance, fee and authority-process pages are prioritised for regular review and urgent updates after material official changes. When a substantive error is confirmed, Docman corrects the page and updates the review information where the content was reverified.

How to report an issue

Readers can report a possible factual error, outdated source or unclear statement to help@docman.ae. Please include the page URL, the statement in question and, where possible, the relevant official source. Docman will route the report to the appropriate service team for assessment.

Commercial independence

Docman pages may describe its own services and include enquiry links. Commercial interest does not change the requirement to distinguish official fees from professional fees, explain relevant limitations and avoid fabricated endorsements, reviews or rankings.
